Personal Statement I have been a photographer since a neighbor handed me my first camera when I was eight. It had no working flash, and if I forgot to wind the film after each shot, I wound up with some interesting double exposure work. Now I work with a digital SLR – no more winding film - and I get many more opportunities to capture that perfect shot.

Portraits, Weddings & Events
I bring my unique perspective to every portrait session and event I photograph. I particularly enjoy working with families and children to achieve unique shots that really reflect my subjects' individual personalities.
I have also recently added prenatal portrait sessions to my portfolio. It's a wonderful opportunity to document this very special time in a woman's life (and in the lives of the Dads-to-be -- I've found they love to be included in the process and to have their own bonding with their unborn child documented!).
I also believe the best shots don't always end at the camera. I painstakingly edit each and every shot in post-production to make sure your memory investment is everything you dreamed it would be.
